Three Business Finance & Restructuring partners have been recognized for their roles on two matters at the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) Turnaround and Transaction of the Year Awards.
Business Finance & Restructuring Department Co-Chair Gary Holtzer was recognized for leading Westinghouse Electric Company’s chapter 11 restructuring, which TMA named “Mega Company Turnaround of the Year.”
Business Finance & Restructuring Department Co-Chair Ray C. Schrock, P.C. and partner Kelly DiBlasi were also recognized for advising the restructuring and sale of Essar Steel Algoma Inc., which was named “Mega Company Transaction of the Year.”
TMA’s awards committee selected this year’s winning turnarounds and transactions after rigorous peer review of a highly competitive field. The professionals that worked on the award-winning matters will be honored at the 31st TMA Annual Conference in September.
